OUSD Superintendent Announces All Schools Will Remain Closed for Rest of 2019-20 School Year Oakland, CA -- Superintendent Kyla Johnson-Trammell is announcing that all Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) schools will remain closed for the remainder of this school year for in-person instruction.
