Ms. Doakes has worked in the Oakland Unified School District since 2007 and also has many years of experience working in the healthcare industry. She is a proud graduate of Oakland Unified School District's Lafayette Elementary School, Lowell Jr. High School, and McClymonds High School, as well as Merritt College. When not keeping Glenview beautiful, Ms. Doakes enjoys sports, cooking, playing chess, and spending time with her two daughters, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
